B2B orders & payments

Online ordering for our B2B-clients could not be easier, the steps involved are set out below. However if you are having any trouble, please contact us.

Step 1: you need an activated B2B-account. If you do not have one, you can apply for a B2B-account by filling in this application form.

Step 2: after the activation of your B2B-account, you will be able to login and see our wholesale products and prices.

All products can be located by:

• Using the top menu along the top part of the screen to navigate to the categories you want to see.
• Using the Search functionality

Step 3: when you find a product that you would like to buy, select the quantity you want and then just click the 'Add to Basket' button. Some products are packed by 6 or 12 items, so you can only order 6 or 12 (or the double amount). Please note that a minimum order amount of € 500,- is required.

If you have finished shopping then select 'Checkout' and follow the on-screen instructions. Complete your delivery details and you will notice that there is only payment method (bank transfer).

Step 4: you will automatically receive an order confirmation email. Please note: this is not an invoice. First we have to pack your order and calculate the shippings costs.

Step 5: once your order is packed, we will e-mail you about the transport costs.

Step 6: we will send you an invoice including the shipping costs. You have to pay the order in advance.

Step 7: After we have received your payment, we will ship your order. You will receive an e-mail about the expected delivery date.

Payment details
