At Weldaad Authentic Interior, we prioritize efficient and secure delivery of wholesale orders to our business customers. Below you will find all relevant information regarding our shipping process, costs, and timelines.
General
All wholesale orders at Weldaad Authentic Interior require a minimum order value of €500 (excl. VAT). Orders below this threshold cannot be processed.
Shipping costs are calculated per order based on volume, weight, and destination. The applicable rate is always communicated upon order confirmation. Orders are reserved for 21 days after placement — if payment or confirmation is not received within this period, the reservation may be cancelled and stock released.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing times may vary depending on stock availability and order volume. For large or custom orders, estimated lead times will be communicated in advance.
The Netherlands
We offer free shipping on all orders from €750 (excl. VAT) to addresses in the Netherlands.
Please note that free shipping does not apply to deliveries to the Dutch islands (Texel, Vlieland, Terschelling, Ameland and Schiermonnikoog), furniture, and other oversized or heavy items. Shipping costs for these are always calculated separately and confirmed upon order. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days.
European Union
For customers within the EU, free shipping applies to all orders from €1,750 (excl. VAT). As with domestic orders, exceptions apply to island destinations, furniture, and oversized or heavy items — shipping costs for these will always be calculated per order and communicated upon confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days.
Outside the European Union
For orders shipped outside the EU, shipping costs are always charged to the buyer. Rates are calculated per order and confirmed upon order placement. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and local regulations — these charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Weldaad is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures. Estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days.

Damaged or missing shipments
Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 7 days of receipt, supported by photographic evidence. Claims can be submitted to wholesale@weldaad.com.
Returns & order adjustments
B2B orders are final and cannot be returned unless items are defective or incorrectly delivered. Order adjustments must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
