Returns
As a business customer, different rules apply to returning an order. If you are not satisfied with a product, please reach out to us and we will look into the possibilities together. Please note that an administration and restocking fee applies to these types of returns — this fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense, unless the return concerns a damaged item.
Damaged goods
We take great care in packing every order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Should you nonetheless receive a damaged product, please report this to us within 7 days of receiving your order, either by email or phone. Returns for damaged goods are free of charge.
Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with a product, our service, or any other aspect of working with us, we kindly ask you to let us know as soon as possible. This allows us to find a solution together and to improve where needed.
